Quick Chick Tips are just some ideas that I want to share that have helped me over the years having more fun in the kitchen and make it easier to Impress Without Stress.

    Pretty Canister

  • Treat yourself to some pretty canisters to display on your counters. Not only will this allow you easy access to dry goods for easy cooking and baking, but it will also make your kitchen more organized and look beautiful. I use large glass canisters in varied sizes (see FAVES tab for photo) and fill mine with flour, sugar, oats and chocolate chips. You could also fill them with pasta, rice, or quinoa. The possibilities are endless.
  • Chocolate Ganache

  • Almost everything tastes better with chocolate ganache in it or on top of it. So, keep whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla on hand to quickly whip some up to take your dessert to the next level of deliciousness.
  • Buy in Bulk

  • I love Costco. I buy butter, eggs, vanilla, confectioners sugar and chocolate chips in bulk so I always have them on hand. Freeze the butter and it will last much longer.
  • Music

  • Play music while you bake and cook. Life is more fun with music.
  • Basics

  • Keep basics, such as flour, sugar, chocolate chips and old-fashioned oats, easily accessible to make prep easy and quick.
  • Easy Cleanup

  • Put all your ingredients away as you use then to make cleanup easier and faster.
  • Organize

  • Organize your ingredients before you start.
